Pool Metrics

  • PricePerShare - is the price of the Share Token (azToken). It can be used to asses the value of your deposits at any given point in time.

  • vROI - The variable return on investment is essentially the annual yield of the pool calculated using the amount of profit accrued to the pool over a specific time period. The analytics page will display a hourly, daily, monthly and yearly vROI calculation such that the user can see the short term changes in yield as well as long term changes. Users can asses pool behaviour by comparing short term ROI fluctuations with long term ROI which will help manage their yield expectations. Users can expect that liquidity injection into the pool dilutes vROI and liquidity subtraction from the pool expands the vROI.

  • Deposit Fee - Allows users to asses how long they would need to stay in the pool based on the long term vROI before they break even. For example, if the deposit fee is 0.1% and the yearly vROI is 6%, it would take approximately 6 days to break even.

  • Total Assets - Total assets of a pool essentially represents the amount of liquidity that has been provided to the pool by LP's. It is the sum of Idle funds and debts. It can be used to asses what level of yield/ROI dilution can occur if the user was to deposit some amount of liquidity. For example, if the pool has 1 million USDT in TVL and a yearly vROI of 10%, if the user deposits another 1 million USDT into the pool, the vROI would get diluted and reduce to 5%. This is because the same amount of profit is now being shared by a TVL double what it was prior to the new liquidity injection.

  • Weighted Average Murabaha Duration (WAMB) - This metric represents the average debt duration of a pool and is computed by taking the weighted average of all Murabaha debt values and durations. It allows LP's to assess the average time it would take for the pool's idle funds to be replenished in the event of an unlikely Liquidity shortage.

  • Utilization - Allows users to see how much of the pool funds are idle and how much are debt.
